Application Review

Technical Interview

A hands-on discussion with the department head covering your domain expertise, past projects, and a practical scenario relevant to the role. Engineering roles may include a short design or problem-solving exercise.

Facility Walk & Final Round

Selected candidates visit our Faridabad facility for a walk-through of the manufacturing floor, a meeting with senior leadership, and a final discussion on role, compensation, and joining timeline.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a formal offer letter within 2 business days. Onboarding includes product and systems training, a facility orientation, and a structured 30-day ramp-up plan.
